Honey Dijon Chicken Thighs

CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Chicken thighs - bone in & skin on
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Onion powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper


CHICKEN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat the oven 425°
2. Place the chicken thighs in a 9x13 pan and season with the salt and pepper
3. Whisk the other ingredients in a small bowl and pour the sauce over the chicken thighs (and potatoes) in the 9x13 pan
4. Put in the oven to bake for 45 minutes at 425°


SIDES

DICED POTATOES

1. Clean and quarter Yukon Gold Potatoes
2. Nestle them between the chicken thighs in the pan
3. Cook them with the chicken
