It all started when…
The first thing that Brian ever made for me when we first started dating was a real homemade Oreo Cheesecake, water bath and all. It was the most perfect piece (okay I ate like 3 pieces) of cheesecake I’ve ever had. The rest is history.
I had to do a personal project for my last portfolio show and a cookbook came to my mind right away! Brian could do the cooking and plating and I could take the pretty photos and put it in a book. After many hours of practice, research and spending more time in a thrift shop than Brian ever wanted to, we got every thing we needed to create There’s Always time for Brunch. After we got great feedback from friends and family, we thought why not keep it going and start a blog/website with our favorite recipes and pretty food photos.
The real us
Brian’s a professor by day and amateur chef by night. Sarah’s a photographer and graphic designer all day, every day.
Brian handles the cooking, plating and grilling while Sarah handles all the baking, most things involving sugar and all the social media stuff.
When we’re not working on a project, or grading homework, you can find us binge watching the food network, spending time up north, hanging out with our fur-children Mildred and Margaret, working on some sort of craft/DIY project and being in bed by 9pm.
