Peach Cobbler

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup flour
1 Cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
4 cups fresh peaches
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven 375°
2. Peel and slice/quarter the peaches.
3. Mix some sugar in with the peaches and wait for it to dissolve (this is in addition to the cup of sugar)
4. Mix the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl
5. Melt the butter and put in the 9x13 pan
6. Pour the dough base mixture into the pan on top of the butter - it will look like its not spreading out, but it will fill the entire pan. The dough will rise through the fruit as it bakes.
7. Pour the fruit over the dough in the pan.
8. Cook for 45 minutes at 375°. It will be done when the dough is lightly golden brown.
