Chicken Tortilla Soup

Chicken Tortilla Soup
Prep: 15 Minutes
Cook: 8 Hours
Cook Temp: Crockpot on Low

INGREDIENTS:
1- 1.5 lbs. of boneless, skinless chicken breast (sometimes we use thights)
2 14oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 14oz. can tomato sauce
2 14ozcans black beans, rinsed and drained
1 15oz can yellow corn, drained
1 4oz can green chillies
1 cup Salsa
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream and Tortilla chips for when you eat it :)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker
2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a bowl
3. Pour over the top of the chicken in the slow cooker
4. Cook on low for 8 hours
5. Removed the chicken breasts, shred and add back into the soup
6. Stir and enjoy!
