Easy Rhubarb Torte
Prep: 25 Minutes
Cook: 275° - 300°F for 75-90 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
6-8 cups diced rhubarb
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 3oz. packages of Tapioca pudding mix
1 package white cake mix
1 stick of butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grease a 9x13 pan.
2. Mix together eggs, sugar, brown sugar and tapioca pudding mixes, add rhubarb to mixture and mix well
3. Put mixture in greased pan
4. Mix together the cake mix and the melted stick of butter to form a crumbly topping
5. Cover the rhubarb with cake mix crumbles
6. Bake for 75 - 90 minutes at 275° - 300°F
