Prosciutto Arugula Flatbread

Cook: 5-10 Minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Flatbread/Naan Bread (We used already made Naan Bread - we were going to make our own but every grocery store is out of yeast right now)
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
Arugula
Prosciutto
SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons grainy/dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced
Sprinkling of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (I used Tony Chachere's)
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix ingredients for sauce together in a bowl.
2. Spread sauce on the flatbread.
3. Place prosciutto pieces scattered about the flatbread
4. Cover with slices of Mozerella
5. Place in the oven at 350°, and cook for 5-7 minutes depending on your liking of done pizza
6. Top with a handful of arugula
