Breakfast Pizza

PIZZA BASE:
1 Package pre-made pizza crust
1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese
2 Large eggs
SAUSAGE GRAVY:
½ Pound pork sausage crumbles
2 Tablespoon Flour
2 ½ Cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Precook the pre-made pizza crust according to the directions on the package.
2. Cook the sausage on medium heat until brown. After the sausage is cooked, do not drain the fat. Stir in flour and gradually add the milk. Cook until the mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
4. Ladle the sausage gravy onto the precooked pizza crust. Top with shredded cheese.
5. Scramble eggs and pour over the pizza.
6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
