Biscuits + Country Gravy

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) can of refrigerated biscuits
½ pound pork sausage crumbles
2 Tablespoon flour
2 ½ cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook biscuits according to the directions on the package.
2. Cook the sausage on medium heat until brown. After the sausage is cooked,
do not drain the fat.
3. Stir in flour and gradually add the milk.
4. Cook until the mixture comes to a boil and begins to thicken, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
6. To serve, split biscuits in half and ladle sausage gravy over the biscuits.
